Our school will be participating in "National Mix It Up at Lunch Day". This will mark the third year we have celebrated this special event. Mix It Up at Lunch gives students a chance to sit with children they normally do not spend time with in an attempt to get to know each other better. It is a day that promotes the importance of making new friends and appreciating the differences in others.Colored wrist bands will be given to all students tomorrow and will help them find their way to their special seats. Conversation starters will be provided. Mrs. Dalesandro coordinates this activity and always does an outstanding job. The students of Poland North Elementary School are fortunate to have her here!
