A Busy Day!

Did you ever have just one of those days? I'll be glad when Wednesday arrives!

Information about PTO's upcoming Book Fair will be sent home soon. It will take place on Wednesday and Thursday of next week. There will be a lot of great books at very reasonable prices. Families are more than welcome to visit the Book Fair, too. On Wednesday, February 6th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. parents, grandparents and family friends are invited to stop by and check things out.

Thank you,
Mr. Masucci

Thank You!

Tonight's "Pajama Jam" was a huge success! Having library staff tell me that they had to move the event downstairs in order to accommodate the "larger than normal" crowd is a compliment that can be shared with everyone associated with our school. Thank you very much to those who were able to attend!

Monday's News!

Thank you very much for your support of our school's Magazine Sale. Although the sale ended today, orders will be accepted for the next few days.

I am looking forward to this evening's "Pajama Jam" at the Poland Library! I'll begin reading at 7:00 p.m. Hope to see you there.

Don't forget! Monday will be the Poland Library's "Pajama Jam". Everyone is encouraged to wear their pajamas! While I won't guarantee that I will be wearing pajamas myself, I will guarantee a good time! We'll start at 7:00 p.m.

Under the Weather!

I was not able to make it to school today. It is uncommon for me to miss, but I am a bit under the weather. I hope to be back tomorrow.

Our Make-A-Wish efforts are still moving along. Mrs. Resch's class was nice enough to donate over $60.00 in quarters. They were using the coins for a variety of lessons and decided to help our cause once they were finished. Thank you. In just 7 days, I will be speaking at Poland Rotary's luncheon and asking for the group's support. Last time we collected money for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, they contributed $1,500.00. Keep your fingers crossed.

Thank you,
Mr. Masucci

A Short Week

We're looking at another short week. These four days will wrap up our second grading period. Report Cards will be heading home on Friday, February 1st.

"Family Technology Night" has been cancelled. I apologize and will try to reschedule this event at a later date. The cancellation has nothing to do with a lack of interest. Close to 85% of our K-2 students and parents were planning on attending. I will keep you posted and thank you for understanding.

Thank you,
Mr. Masucci
